We had an amazing weekend getaway here for a concert, staying for three nights. The location was perfect, with easy access to tram services right outside, making it a breeze to explore the area. Our room was spacious and clean, and the friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. The shower’s water pressure was fantastic, and the comfortable bed allowed for a restful night’s sleep. Plus, the free tram zone made traveling around enjoyable.

The rooms are new-fashioned and airy here with a very comfortable king bed and balcony, for example. The venue has great setting in Melbourne Central Business district near to Bourke Street, bars and local shops and restaurants. The staff are very welcoming...

review: The hotel's location is excellent, especially for events at Marvel Stadium, just steps away. The room was spacious but the mattress could use an upgrade. While the check-in was a bit slow and access to the pool was inconvenient, the overall experience was decent enough for a city getaway. , rating: 7, date of stay: 2024-03-15}

The room, directly in front of the comfy beds, was adorned with additional comforts such as plush cushions and a well-stocked minibar, providing a cozy ambiance.
I did notice a minor inconvenience with the Wi-Fi connection; it occasionally dropped, although it was not a significant issue.

I had a great experience during my business trip! The location couldn't be better-super close to transport and a buzzing area. The breakfast was delicious and super convenient. I also loved how welcoming and friendly the staff were; they really made me feel at home. My room was spacious, clean, and I walked in to some nice music and the air conditioning on-what a lovely touch!
There were some odd smells coming from the shower drain that made it a bit unpleasant. It would have been nice if they had warned us about that beforehand. still a solid stay!

The room on level 5 had a fine Dockland Harbour view, especially during sunset.
Accessing the pool was inconvenient, as it required swapping room keys at reception and a long trek through the street to a different building.

The check-in was frustrating due to a lack of staff, leading to long wait times. Housekeeping barged in at an inappropriate time, both invasive and startling.

Good Stay in Docklands
The room had a fine view of the Docklands Harbour, and the breakfast options were a pleasant surprise, with a delicious à la carte menu. The tram stop right outside made commuting easy!
Unfortunately, the check-in process was slow, as there were not enough staff at the reception, causing delays and some initial frustration. My room had some strange smells that detracted from the overall experience.
